As Managing Director, Tony uses his passionate and encouraging leadership style to oversee the business, ensuring that we can continue to protect the best interests of our clients at all times. With his vast experience, significant product knowledge and risk management expertise, Tony is driven by a passion to help our clients succeed and enjoys building and maintaining long-term relationships. In his spare time, Tony enjoys caring for his family, following and watching football (he’s an avid Arsenal fan) and enjoying fine food and wine with some travel thrown in. For Tony, time is precious - he just doesn’t have enough of it!

Bringing many years of experience and knowledge, Gary is inclusive in his approach to business growth, ensuring that our team are thoroughly involved in the process. As Commercial Director, Gary manages our commercial team, including new business and renewals, as well as managing his own portfolio of clients. Gary is passionate about protecting the best interests of our clients by ensuring that their varying and ever-evolving insurance needs are being met. Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and sports - both watching and competing!

Rama’s strong communication skills and robust work ethic lend themselves seamlessly to her role - working collaboratively across the entire team, Rama enjoys working with like-minded people and thrives on communicating with clients to ensure their needs are being met. As Operations Manager, Rama’s focus is on ensuring that our processes and operations run smoothly. Overseeing her client portfolio, accounts, compliance and regulatory reporting, Rama’s role is varied and her ability to constantly evolve and work well under pressure benefits our colleagues and clients. Outside of work, Rama enjoys socialising with friends and family, gardening and volunteering as a befriender with Age UK.

Steve is determined and committed to delivering on our ethos that we must really understand our clients’ needs in order to secure the most appropriate insurance. Since joining Turner Rawlinson 14 years ago, Steve has retained over 90% of his client base, which is reflective of the strong and trusting relationships that he has built up. Steve enjoys joining our clients on their journeys, and he takes pride in being able to offer ongoing support and guidance. Steve has recently moved to the countryside and is enjoying spending time in the great outdoors, and he also enjoys watching Arsenal struggle every year to make the top four!

James’ friendly and approachable nature allows his to build long-term and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients alike, which has resulted in James gaining Trusted Advisor status with many clients. As Account Executive, James advises clients on potential exposure and gaps in cover and works diligently to ensure that we are obtaining the most competitive terms at the best premiums for our clients. Working efficiently, James builds relationships with our insurer partners to ensure that ongoing claims are paid efficiently. In his spare time, James enjoys being with his family, spending time with his two daughters, socialising and watching Tottenham Hotspur F.C.

With 14 years’ experience in the insurance industry, strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, Barry enjoys the variety of his Commercial Account Handler role. Day-to-day, Barry manages renewals, new business enquiries and mid-term adjustments, as well as liaising with insurers to obtain quotations to meet our clients’ varying insurance requirements. Barry thrives on working collaboratively with his team and enjoys the varied nature of our clients’ businesses and trades. A keen Fulham fan, Barry also enjoys a round of golf here and there and is passionate about his family and success.

In his role, Hannes uses his Trade Credit insurance specialism to help businesses to protect themselves against bad debts and related risks. Hannes brings vast knowledge and expertise around the different protection options available to businesses, as well as the ability to understand a range of commercial transactions and the associated risks. Hannes is passionate about his work, and firmly believes that free enterprise is the path of cooperation and coexistence and should be protected accordingly. In his spare time, Hannes enjoys reading, socialising and trying to maintain a respectable level of fitness!

In his role as Personal Lines Account Handler, Ikram is passionate about finding the right solutions for our clients’ insurance requirements and ensuring that we are there for every client at their time of need. Day-to-day, Ikram focuses on building and maintaining our book of clients and his personal development programme has seen him expand his skill-sets to incorporate commercial accounts. Ikram enjoys the variety of his role, and his strong interpersonal skills enable him to communicate effectively with our increasingly diverse clientele. In his spare time, Ikram enjoys football, going to the pub and MMA.

Kenneth pairs his fun and friendly demeanour with relentless attention to detail, and his passions include delivering high-quality services for our clients and embracing innovation. Overseeing our finance function, Kenneth ensures that it remains a smooth and seamless operation. Kenneth takes pride in realising efficiencies, and believes that internal improvements are a vital part of ensuring that we can continue to support our clients. Outside of work, Kenneth likes to spend his time watching sports - especially cricket and football! Kenneth also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Utilising his strong knowledge of our processes and people skills, Mark helps to ensure that our operation runs smoothly and that our clients can continue to enjoy high quality services that are efficient and highly responsive. Mark plays an integral role in our ongoing growth, and he enjoys being part of a supportive, encouraging and highly knowledgeable team. Mark is involved in all of the facets of our business, and he finds being part of such a close-knit team to be highly rewarding. Mark is an avid football fan and loves going to every Arsenal home game (even when they lose). Mark also enjoys seeing his friends on the weekends and looking after his parents.
